Once you activate your ADVENT Patient Portal, you can also access your medical records on your smartphone. Simply go to the app store and download the APPatient App. Use the Request Medical Records to request specific legal hospital records that are not available to you in MyChart, to be released to your MyChart account in the form of a PDF, for you to download and review.
