For party icons or party chat you will need to get the xbox app for your mobile device to use party chat, or on your computer you can hold windows+g and it will open up an xbox UI where you can also use party chat. Twice now when I boot up the PC my desktop icons are all moved liked the resolution has changed, which it hasn't. Also, all the Taskbar icons, except the Windows one, are pin head size.

Context Explanation

If I restart the PC everything returns to normal. This is on build 16199 and only started today. Just a few days ago 5 icons (Mail Shortcuts) appeared under my directories on the left pane of my window. I have been unable to remove these icons and as they sit beneath the vertical slide bar they are preventing me from accessing most of my directories/files.
